What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right. Can I send a purchase as a gift?
If you would like to send an item as a gift, kindly insert the address of the person receiving the gift. If you would like us to add a special message, kindly WhatsApp us on +356 99860106 and we will add it to the order.
When will I get my order?
An order to Malta and Gozo normally takes around 3 to 5 working days to arrive. We ship via Maltapost to all destinations worldwide. International delivery times vary between 2 to 3 weeks depending on the timing of the year and the distance. If you do not receive your order within the stipulated time please feel free to WhatsApp us on +356 99860106
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. They are all designed in our studio in Malta. Our silk scarves are sewn and finished by hand by local artisans. We try to use local materials and craftsmanship as much as possible.
How many items of each design do you produce?
Our studio focuses on crafting designs in limited quantities to maintain their unique and exclusive appeal. Our collections are not available in mainstream retail stores as we carefully select distribution locations aligned with Artistic and Craftsmanship values.
RETURNS: If you are unhappy with your purchase due to a faulty product or a misunderstanding at the time of ordering, please email us at legendsdreamsmalta@gmail.com. We will do our utmost to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
SHIPPING: We use Registered Mail Shipping for all our orders. Local orders ( Malta & Gozo) are normally shipped and received within 3 to 4 working days. We use MALTAPOST Registered Post system that can be traced easily via tracking number. International orders are shipped within 3 to 4 working days and take from 7 to 21 days to arrive. They are also shipped via Registered mail with a tracking number.
